Matt and his partner Jo Barrett are at the forefront of the zero-waste movement in the Australian dining scene. Their Yarra Valley restaurant Oakridge Estate has been awarded:

The 5-course menu will feature local and ethically farmed and foraged produce, and an optional drink pairing will be offered, featuring a selection of Oakridge Wines.
