Strength and Stretch Class (previously Fit4Fun)
Join facilitator Leanne for a stretch and strength exercise program to stay both physically and socially active. The class involves a mix of chair-based and movement exercises to improve aerobic levels, strength, balance and flexibility. This group class is open to people with all levels of fitness ability and all ages.
Wear non-slip shoes, comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Enter the hall via the western laneway.
