Easy Moves Chair-Based Exercise
Join facilitator Maxine for a chair-based exercise class to stay both physically and socially active. The class involves a mix of chair-based and movement exercises to improve aerobic levels, strength, balance and flexibility. The seated activities allow you to get fit without placing undue stress on your body. This group class is open to people with all levels of fitness ability and all ages.
Wear non-slip shoes, comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
Sessions cost $2.00 per person, payable to the class facilitator.
