The Farnese Hercules

The Farnese Hercules is a replica based on the famous sixteenth century statue of Hercules that was excavated in Naples Italy. The artwork was one of the three pieces gifted to the City by W A Horn who is said to have collected the statue on one of his trips to Europe, hence the artist not being recorded.
