A Way of Seeing

Catherine Truman

Floating across the surface of the David Jones department store façade is Catherine Truman's A Way of Seeing. These leaf shaped forms mimic the falling of the autumnal leaves from the trees along North Terrace. The green patinated bronze contrasts the sandstone façade to create an unexpected feature on a commercial building.
