At 92 King William Street. Established in 1847 and rebuilt in 1875. This photograph was taken in 1919, before the hotel was rebuilt once again.

'Arson Attempt At Hotel Suspected
Police believe that an a tempt was made to set fire to the Napoleon Hotel, King William street, city on Tuesday night. A burning packing case was thrown into the kitchen of the hotel. For several days a man who had been acting suspiciously had been seen in the area. Detective Cameron Smith and PCC Arthurson are investigating.'
