Pack a basket full of your mums favourite food and drinks and go to the Adelaide Botanic Gardens for a family picnic. After you’ve eaten, work off the feast by walking through the gardens and see all the colours of autumn.

Mother’s Day Classic

Elder Park, King William Road, Adelaide

Start the day with a run along the River Torrens as part of the Mother’s Day Classic, which raises funds and awareness for breast cancer research. Starting at Elder Park, you can do run or walk 2.75km, 4.5km or 7.3km. Post run, treat yourself to a coffee or pastry with mum, you’ll deserve it!
